Receipt Weasel helps users track purchases, monitor receipts, compare product prices, and identify potential refund or price adjustment opportunities.

The Service may include receipt tracking, price monitoring, wishlist tracking, automated alerts, refund guidance, retailer policy information, analytics, and related tools.

Receipt Weasel does not guarantee that any price will drop, that any refund will be available, or that any retailer will approve a refund, return, exchange, price match, or price adjustment.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Receipt Weasel. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at admin@receiptweasel.com.

You may upload, enter, or submit information to Receipt Weasel, including receipts, product names, store names, purchase dates, prices, images, wishlist items, and related purchase details.

You retain ownership of the content and information you provide. By submitting content to Receipt Weasel, you grant us permission to use that content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, and support the Service.

You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide.

Receipt Weasel may use automated tools, third-party providers, public information, retailer information, search tools, artificial intelligence, or other systems to help identify price changes or possible refund opportunities.

Price and policy information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should always confirm important details directly with the applicable retailer.

Receipt Weasel is not a retailer, payment provider, financial advisor, legal advisor, or refund processor. Any refund, return, exchange, price adjustment, or store credit is handled solely by the applicable retailer.

Receipt Weasel may offer free plans, trial plans, paid subscriptions, or other paid features. Specific plan details, limits, features, and pricing will be shown on the website, in the app, or at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the payment platform used to subscribe.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Receipt Weasel does not store full credit card numbers.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. If you cancel, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

You agree to use Receipt Weasel only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload false, fraudulent, stolen, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Use the Service to make false refund claims.
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Service.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or exploit the Service without permission.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way we do not authorize.
• Use Receipt Weasel for commercial data mining or to provide a competing service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful way.

Receipt Weasel may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, email, text messaging, search, price data, AI processing, security, customer support, and other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Receipt Weasel is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, retailers, services, content, decisions, or actions.

Receipt Weasel, including its name, branding, website, app, software, designs, features, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Receipt Weasel or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Receipt Weasel without written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Receipt Weasel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or available at all times.

We do not guarantee that any price tracking result, retailer policy summary, refund opportunity, alert, or recommendation will be accurate or successful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Receipt Weasel and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or reliance on information provided by the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Receipt Weasel in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Receipt Weasel and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

You may stop using Receipt Weasel at any time. You may cancel your subscription or request account deletion as described in the Service or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Receipt Weasel or others, misused the Service, or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the Service, or by posting an updated version.

Your continued use of Receipt Weasel after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute related to these Terms or the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
