We match each item to the exact product listing at the store. No guessing, no generic matches. Precision is how refunds get approved.

We patrol every day.
For as long as the store's adjustment window is open, we check the price daily. If something drops, you hear about it the same day. If nothing drops, you hear nothing.

You claim, the store pays you back.
When a price drops in time, you get a refund-ready bundle: the proof, the store's policy, and the claim path. You hit send. The store processes it.
